Preparation:

Products for 4 servings

500 g minced meat

4 tablespoons of homemade lutenitsa "Olineza"

6 pcs. pitted green olives

1 onion

4 tablespoons smoked mayonnaise "Olineza"

2 tablespoons delicate mustard of the same company

3 tablespoons oil of the same company

4 melted cheeses for toaster

Preparation

Clean the onion and chop it finely. Mix the minced meat with the onion and sprinkle with black pepper. Form four large flat meatballs and fry them in the oil on both sides for about 5-8 minutes. Heat the oven grill and grease a pan with smoked mayonnaise. Arrange the meatballs in it. Smear them with the delicate mustard, then with the lutenica arrange the olives cut into rings and on top a slice of melted cheese. Put the meatballs to bake for about 5-6 minutes under the grill and serve with small breads and Mexican salad (of course, again from the company).
