The blackberry, as we know, is a specific and very useful fruit. Sweet and sour, it is even recommended for fighting cancer. The roots and leaves and fruits of the blackberry are also used in the folk medicine.
But in addition to he alth, it is also used in home cosmetics – it refreshes and exfoliates.
Refreshing the face is easily achieved. You pluck a few blackberries, mash them and mix them with a few spoonfuls of yogurt. You mix until you achieve a homogeneous mass and then it's clear: you smear your face, stay for about 15-20 minutes and wash with warm water.
If the skin is loose, you can try blackberry juice and fresh milk. Not that it can't make a great shake, but before you make a shake you can wipe your face, neck and décolleté for beauty and he alth.
If your skin is very oily, use pure juice to scrub.
Or puree some blackberries, add half a teaspoon of lemon juice and half a teaspoon of honey and mix. Apply to the face and wash after 10 minutes.
The blackberry mask cleanses the skin, exfoliates it, shrinks pores and gives a fresh matte glow.
Keep in mind that blackberries dye the skin. Be careful not to splash the clothes or tablecloth.
A handful of blackberries is enough for one mask, and the rest can be made into a cake, jam or divine juice.
