  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • mayonnaise 1 box (250 g)
  • 4 onions
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 and 1/2 tin of Tuna fish in oil
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 250 g cheese
  • olives for decoration
  • 1 teaspoon oil


Take the puff pastry and cut it into 4 parts. Each part is baked separately. The radish is finely chopped, the carrots are grated and fried together in the oil, adding the parsley at the end. We take a cake plate and place the first layer of the puff pastry at the bottom, pour the fried onions, carrots and parsley on it. We place the second layer on top and pour the Tuna fish on it and cover it with the third layer of puff pastry, on which we sprinkle the grated cheese and eggs. Above them is the last fourth layer, which we smear with the mayonnaise and decorate with olives.

Let the s alty cake rest for 20 minutes in the refrigerator, after which it is ready to be cut and served. It can be served additionally with some salad of boiled vegetables, again with included pieces of tuna and most importantly with lots of mood, love and good company!
