On this day, bananas are a permitted fruit. You can eat between 8 and 10 bananas a day. Fresh milk is also consumed on the fourth day, but no more than three glasses. Day five allows you to eat a small portion of boiled rice without spices at lunch and six or seven tomatoes for the rest of the day. Again, distribute the intake of tomatoes so that you have at least five meals for the day.
