In less than a week, the sixth generation of hobby chefs will enter the MasterChef culinary arena, who will do the impossible to get an apron and a place in the largest kitchen in Bulgaria. On February 24, precisely at 21:00 viewers of bTV will see how much the country's culinary culture has risen as a result of the five seasons of beautiful, delicious and emotional adventures on the small screen.
Starting February 24, hundreds of hobby cooks will present their understanding of food as a pleasure, through which they express themselves, give love and even heal themselves. A metal musician, a fine model, a crisis manager, a producer, a rocker who has toured three continents, a hotelier, a businesswoman, a banker and even a ranger will show their vision of a first-class meal. They arrive from all over the world to prove their capabilities to top chefs Chef Andre Tokev, Chef Petar Mikhalchev and Chef Silvena Rowe. And some of them will look for a good reason to return to their homeland precisely in the MasterChef apron.
The contenders for the title and the grand prize of BGN 100,000 will cook many impressive and exotic combinations of products, he althy dishes, but also traditional dishes from Bulgarian cuisine. Many of them will tailor their recipe choices to the preferences of a member of the jury they sympathize with and whose food philosophy they share. They will demonstrate excellent knowledge of product processing, technological processes, modern cooking appliances, the aesthetic presentation of recipes and the latest trends on the global culinary scene. bTV viewers will see people with confidence and padded claims based on a lot of training. They will kick off the sixth season of the culinary adventure with a 'high bar', showing they know what level is expected of them to land the coveted MasterChef apron. Chef Andre Tokev, Chef Petar Mikhalchev and Chef Silvena Rowe will report the clear trend towards respect for products and against wasting them.
