- 4 chicken breasts, skinless
- 2-3 mozzarella balls

Preparation:
Combine the marinade ingredients. Put the meat in a pan in which you will roast it and cover it with it, before putting it to roast in a preheated oven at 190 degrees, let the marinade flavor it for 10-15 minutes. In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, chopped onion, basil, and grated garlic. After the chicken has been roasted for about 25-30 minutes, add the vegetables to the pan and put mozzarella, maybe grated, on each piece of meat. Bake until the cheese melts and catches a golden crust.
