About the beneficial properties of rice and ways to prepare it

It is a known fact that brown rice is whole grain rice rich in vitamins, minerals and ballast substances. Its brown layer contains fiber, and the germ is rich in magnesium, calcium, iron, vitamin E and B vitamins.

Unfortunately, it takes too long to prepare, during which the beneficial substances decrease. And its fiber irritates the delicate stomach lining.

After cooking, brown rice remains hard and is not suitable for preparing traditional Bulgarian dishes, rather it is preferred by people following a dietary regime.

White rice is soft and delicate. With it, the brown layer is removed. Thus, we get a tasty and easier to prepare product, which, however, is poorer in nutrients. In our desire to contribute to the he althy diet of the family and at the same time to preserve the traditional taste, we created Balance rice.

During its special processing, a large part of the vitamins and minerals found in the germ are preserved, and the fiber and unsaturated fatty acids from the surface brown layer of the grain are optimally preserved.

Rice Balance is cooked in the same time as white rice, it is tasty and useful. It can be used to prepare traditional dishes while ensuring that our family is well fed.

Suitable for any recipe that uses white rice - stuffed peppers, rice chicken, rice milk and many more.
