Georgiev stated that there are many cases where daily movement can be life-saving.
„ 10 thousand steps a day is the minimum one should do. I'm all about getting people active and getting them to go out and do something about their he alth. Indeed, measuring steps has become a fashion, but there are people for whom it is life-saving, as they have gone through operations, rehabilitations. The more active you are, the better for you," the ultramarathoner revealed.
Doncheva added that each person can determine their minimum number of steps according to their gender, physical and he alth condition. However, everyone should strive to improve their achievements daily.
“Each person, according to his daily life, gender, physical condition, should determine his minimum steps. Measuring steps has become a fashion among young people. A person, even without striving for this goal, sometimes things work out for him. Life is movement. One should strive to improve one's achievements," the model told Bulgaria ON AIR.
