Products:
- 1 cup pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 chicken breasts, cut into large pieces
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- s alt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 pinch parsley
- 1 cup liquid cooking cream
- 2 cups frozen vegetables
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs
- 2-3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation:
In a deep pot, boil water halfway up the vessel, lightly s alted. Boil the pasta in it for 8 minutes and drain it.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the meat, garlic, onion and spices in it. Cook, stirring, until the meat turns white. Add the pasta, cream, vegetables. Stir for a few minutes.
Move everything to a baking tray by sprinkling with the breadcrumbs mixed beforehand with the melted butter and parmesan. Stir again. Bake the dish for 30 minutes in an oven heated to 200 degrees.
