Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are postponing their divorce after going public two years ago.
The couple, who had been a family for more than 10 years, announced in 2015 that they were separating and ending their marriage. The official reason was the standard one - character differences, but it was clear to everyone that this was the actor's publicly known affair with his children's nanny. The two were spotted by the paparazzi, and while Garner wouldn't admit to this as a motive, she was hardly pleased to hear it from the media.
After two years of being separated, however, instead of officially calling it quits and finalizing their divorce, the couple decided to postpone it.
Although there is no official confirmation that the two will get back together, at least it is clear that they have no intention of getting divorced.
According to a source of People magazine, Jennifer has stopped the divorce proceedings and decided to give Ben another chance to get together.
Another media informant claims that the two really love each other and love has never been a problem for them. Their children also love them very much, and the two of them as parents do everything for them.
“Ben makes an effort to take good care of himself. They are not together, but there is hope. Jen hopes they stay married. Ben doesn't want a divorce either," the source added.
Affleck and Garner have 3 children together – Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5.
