The world premiere of Jennifer Lopez's new film "Bringing Down Wall Street" took place at the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). The hot Latin diva, who is just as popular in the movies as she is on the music scene, shined on the red carpet in a spectacular gold dress by Maison Yeya.

Lopez grabbed everyone's attention with an extravagant clutch studded with Swarovski stones that resembled a wad of hundred dollar bills and perfectly corresponded to the plot of the film. In it, a group of strippers decide to rob not just anyone but Wall Street sharks in a fraudulent credit card scheme.

On the red carpet, Jennifer Lopez was in the company of her fiance Alex Rodriguez. Constance Wu, Lili Reinhart, Kiki Palmer and Julia Stiles also starred at the film's world premiere.

Inspired by true stories, Bringing Down Wall Street follows the lives of several strippers who decide to change the rules of the game with their we althy Wall Street clients. Their plan seems harmless enough until things go completely awry. The film is inspired by true events described by journalist Jessica Pressler in a special feature in New York magazine. Critics have already spoken highly of director-writer Lorraine Scafaria's film, and there have even been comments that Bringing Down Wall Street could even become an Oscar contender.
The Bulgarian premiere of Jennifer Lopez's new film, inspired by true events, "Bringing Down Wall Street", is this Friday, September 13.
