2.5 kg beef shoulder

1 bunch green soup seasoning

2 onions

4 tbsp oil

500ml strong burgundy red wine

Soak the beef in the marinade made from the red wine and all the spices to taste along with the soup spices. Cover the bowl and let it sit overnight. Then drain the beef and rub it well with s alt, red pepper and black pepper.

Heat the oil in a suitable pan.
