The humidity situation with columnar is complicated, because it both likes high air humidity and does not tolerate direct spraying of the leaves. Therefore, it is best to place it on pebbles in a saucer that you fill with water. Thus, the water will moisten the plant as it evaporates.
Watering is also a complicated moment. Columnea should be watered only when the surface layer of the soil is completely dry. Water abundantly, but be careful not to overwater.
