How to prepare for it?
If your child will be in first grade, you have probably already started preparing and worrying about the beginning of the school year. Do not be afraid of the information that reaches you about fantastic and impossible amounts that you will need. This is simply not true.
Here are some necessary things that you should get to meet this exciting event. Rest assured that they will serve your child and not leave you unprepared.
- school backpack (make it bigger to hold water and snacks)
- notebooks with narrow and wide rows (about 8 pieces)
- notebooks with large squares (about 8 pieces)
- notebooks with wide lines (they will serve you only at the end)
- notebooks with small squares (they will serve you only at the end)
- colored pencils
- dry glue
- safety scissors
- pencil
- watercolors
- painting brushes (at least two sizes)
- crayons
- pen masters
- pad or sketchbook
- glossy pad
- eraser
- small line
- kitten for the supplies
- considered
- plasticine
For children from the upper grades of primary school, the list does not differ much. Instead of notebooks with narrow and wide rows and large squares, buy the other type. Textbooks for first graders are free. However, be prepared to pay for textbooks (music, work, drawing, etc.) and a foreign language textbook if your child will be studying one.
It is good to have photos ready for your child's personal student card, especially if you will be using a discount card for public transport.
Also, contact your child's general practitioner to prepare a card with the necessary data (height, weight, vision, general mental and physical development, immunizations, allergies, etc.). This is a mandatory requirement in every school.
In order to have appropriate clothing for sports activities, it is good to equip your child with comfortable rubber boots, light leggings or pants, and a change of t-shirts. Some teachers require the t-shirts to be white, but most have no such requirement.
Don't forget to pay attention to the festive side of this event - buy beautiful flowers for the teacher, dress yourself and the child in beautiful, festive clothes (they don't have to be expensive). Allow yourself time to treat yourself. If you have a camera, don't forget it, you will enjoy these memories years from now.
