Ingredients:
- 125 g oats
- ½ liter mineral or spring water
- 1 lemon
- 2 apples
Peel the apples. Cut them into large pieces. Put them in the blender along with the oats. Add the water and beat the mixture until it is very smooth and fine. Add more water if needed if too thick.
Pour the mixture into a glass. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix with a spoon. Drink this magical smoothie every morning for a minimum of 10 days for good effect.
